In the world of online recruiting, pageviews are not a very accurate measure of actual traffic. ComScore is widely recognized as the most accurate and unbiased measurement in the industry, and they track a much more accurate metric - UNIQUE VISITORS.

As of ComScore MediaMetrix's October report, Indeed.com had 6.375M Unique Visitors to their site compared to 24.033M Unique Visitors to CareerBuilder and 13.248M Unique Visitors to Monster. While Indeed has certainly grown it's UVs at a rapid rate over the last 6 months, it certainly has not caught up to the leaders in the industry in terms of actual traffic.

The recruiters and HR folks on the ABout.com survey didnt feel Monster had very good candidates. They did a survey of the top 10 job sites and monster didnt get a lot of votes:
